1. If the company wants to provide this benefit to their employees, how does the company
get billed? Every month Gold's Gym will collect the dues via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Whether the membership is employee paid or company paid, this is the manner in which dues
are collected.
2. As an employer, how do I take advantage of discounted health care rates? Each health
care company is different. Please contact your individual provider and tell them that
you are beginning a Corporate Wellness program for your employees and would like to
discuss lowered rates.
